I just called this company for a consultation. I explained that I had a pool built recently and would like a deck built along one long side of the pool and the end. The person I spoke to on the phone asked a few questions which I did my best to answer. I did not know the exact elevation required. I assumed this was something the company would assess as part of the consultation and quote process. The person I spoke to got very argumentative seeming to suggest that I should know this off the to of my head. Then he told me that he would pass on the job as he didn't want to debate things over
