I woke up on a Saturday in January with no running water, our main line had frozen due to the cold. I found Canada Plumbing of Ottawa on Google and gave them a call. Jamie was over in an hour, identified the problem immediately and was able to fix it in 30 minutes. Really recommend him for his expertise and overall demeanour in helping fix the pipe. I'll be calling him again if I ever need a plumber.

The floor drain in our basement laundry room was backing up. I called Canada Plumbing of Ottawa and spoke to Jamie, who knew our type of home and the problem we were having. He told me that Corey was available the next morning.
Corey arrived on time. He was extremely polite and professional, and respectful of COVID-19 rules and of our home. He set right to work and in a short time had the drain unclogged.

We have had the benefit of using Canada Plumbing’s services on a couple of occasions. Our shower water supply faucet was installed wrong by the original installer, and James was called in to fix that plumbers’ mistakes, and he did so very quickly and in a very professional manner. The second time was way more personal and important to us and he came through and saved the day. My wife lost a precious piece of jewelry down the shower drain, and we did not know where to turn to for help. We decided to contact James, and through his guidance and help, we were able to retrieve this priceless piece

We used Canada Plumbing when we moved into our new home to fix multiple leaks and to diagnose and replace our water treatment system. Cory took the time to explain our water test results, how our new system works, and was happy to answer all of our questions. Thank you to all who have provided the previous reviews. Your positive feedback led us to find Jamie for fixing the broken pipeline to our outdoor tap. He was quick to respond to my call and was able to schedule me in for the next day service. As it is an odd place to get to it, I was quite curious about how he would approach it. I asked him for permission to watch while he worked on the job. He is very professional and his craftsmanship is amazing. It has made our life much easier when watering our garden. Highly recommend Canada Plumbing! Called today for the first time about an urgent water leakage in our house and spoke with Jamie on the phone, who walked me through what to do until he could send a plumber. He was a very calming and knowledgeable "first responder" and invited me to call him back while I waited should the situation escalate. Corey arrived earlier than scheduled and immediately went to work in a professional, experienced and friendly manner.
