Courtney came and was fantastic but unfortunately failed to put the two covers back on our septic systems properly. One was on our driveway and posed a hazard when driving over it. We called them to come and fix it and the rudest man arrived and fixed the problem but he was so rude that I’m wondering if it’s worth using them again. We couldn’t use part of our driveway because of them and he took it out on us......beware!!!!

They damaged my pump float on a recent service a few yrs back and then my overflow alarm went off last week, i had them back to repump, the plumber i had come out to check the system said someone broke the float switch off the pump and thats why it stopped working and filled so quickly. when confronted mcissac with my damaged/repair bill all i got was denial. well nice try but who else is going into my septic system, it didnt happen by itself. these guys did my neighbours system too a few yrs back and she had to pay 900 in damage they caused.
stay away mcissac will cost you alot more in the long

I own 3 septic systems on my property and over the past 9 years, every time I have had an emergency they arrive promptly. They are very knowledgeable, really competent and competitively priced. And they offer advise to save me unnecessary visits and expenses. The guy's focus is on solving your problem - correctly. If you're looking for a GET IT DONE company to solve your septic problem (and dont need good phone manners) then call McIsaac Septic and you will be real glad you did.

I called Peavey and they wanted me, a senior with rotator cuff injury, to dig it out myself in winter for $360+ before tax. McIsaac Jr came out immediately and dug it by himself and charged me less. He fixed a mechanical problem with my septic tank for free and was pleasant on a freezing day. We have an oversized tank and he didn't up the price. He was super fast as well. IlI' be using his services again!
