Just to start off on a positive note, Fred was pleasant. He wore a mask (because of COVID) while working and he made sure not to make a mess of our place.
We hired Fred to snake the main household drain and he did that. However, Fred neglected to ask whether we had a backwater valve. When my husband thought this might be an issue, Fred's response was, "I hope I didn't put a hole in it." You would think that someone who clears drains for a living would ask about backwater valvesĀ before starting work rather than relying on homeowners, who aren't drain experts, and are somewhat

A Alert was recommended to me by a plumber friend whose company uses their services and I can see why. After a horrible experience with a previous plumbing company over a recurring flood in our basement, we called A Alert. They were able to come immediately and took their time to investigate the problem looking through every drain. Eventually, they were able to identify the problem and come back within a couple days to fix it. Fair prices, especially compared to other plumbing services. Will definitely be recommending them.

I live in a condominium and called A Alert Drain to come look at my plugged kitchen drain. Their guy showed up within the hour wearing all the appropriate PPE for the pandemic, as well as everything he needed to solve the issue quickly in my home. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He solved my issue quickly, showed me some of the grease that had built up in my drains, and informed me of some preventative measures I can take to prevent the issue from occurring again. The price I paid was exactly what I was quoted over the phone, I was very satisfied with the service I was provided

During the Christmas Holidays I had a drain issue in my kitchen sink where it was clogged and I tried to trouble shoot it myself using a snake that I bought at Home Depot but was unsuccessful. A Alert Drain was fantastic! They were prompt, efficient and affordable. There team of drain experts are very knowledgeable regarding anything to do with Drains. From initial touch point to during the service call to completion I was impressed with the professionalism, knowledgeable and promptness. It's no wonder they have been around for almost a century. I would strongly recommend any person in need of

If you have an emergency plumbing issue, and want your contractor to arrive on site sometime after 10:00AM, then A Alert Drain Limited is for you. If you need a plumber that knows how to acquire and operate a gas powered generator, then A Alert Drain Limited is not for you. If you want one hundred (100) family's (some of which are elderly and disabled) to go without plumbing services for more than one hundred twenty hours (120), then A Alert Drain Limited is for you.
True story folks, I've recently had the misfortune of being one of the one hundred (100) units at the mercy of A Alert
