In 2003, two partners with a passion for machine quality incorporated Hathorn as a specialist company building camera heads for some of the biggest names in the industry.
Since 2003 Hathorn has manufactured and sold drains camera, pipe inspection cameras and accessories. We do one thing and we do it very well. If you have a pipe, tube, hole or gap which is up to 12 in diameter and up to 500ft. in length, and want to look down it, you're in the right place. Hathorn drains camera systems are typically 20-30% cheaper while being of better quality than other well-known tool companies.

All Hathorn command modules are Municipal Grade, proudly designed and manufactured in North America. When paired with Hathorn camera Reels, you can can inspect up to 500ft / 150m of pipe. Hathorn command modules are equipped with 12.1" or 7.4" VividHD LCD screens (depending on the model) with almost twice the brightness of the leading brand.

Been using Hathorn cameras for nearly 5 years now and absolutely love them. Started off with a 200' reel and command module which worked like a dream for both cam'ing 3"&4" laterals and as a locating device to locate septic components. Only had to send it in for repair the one time because too much rain had gotten into the command module, which we unfortunately deal with a fair bit out here in the PNW. We recently moved from a single reel to two Wifi reels and absolutely love them. We no longer need to worry about charging the command module at home because it uses Milwaukee batteries, which happens

Well here is a once great company that fell in the toilet. We started in business with 2 hathorn laptop based systems over 10 years ago, and were very satisfied with their equipment for many years. As time went by, we were no longer able to get support locally for the systems, so we eventually went a different direction but were drawn back to Hathorn by their wireless/app based technology.
What a mistake!
While we were initially enthusiastic about the new system, we quickly discovered two big issues. First, the reel brake would not lock the reel properly, so the camera unwinds when being transported

I purchased the mini and mid size camera push rods system along with the wifi feature.I also upgraded my original order to the 12.1 monitor versus to original 7 inch monitor.I added the m18 battery adapter since I have many of those batteries and I never run out of power.I had an issue with the larger push camera and I sent it back to the company.They paid for the shipping and they sent me a brand new system.The turnover was very fast and the customer service was beyond great.Very honest people who will go out of their way to help you and they want you to buy the right system for your needs.Even

I really can't say enough good things about Hathorn. First, the product is simply awesome. Compact, tough, easy to use, great all around quality. It works better than other cameras that cost twice as much. The wifi only reel means we don't have to worry about a monitor getting damaged, and it can stream to multiple devices at once, which means a Customer can watch and record it on their own device. I could keep going about this camera, but I'll stop with that. Second, the Customer service. These guys really go above and beyond for their Customers. They respond quickly, make sure they understand
