The Basement Store quotes on par with the basement renovation industry and we guarantee our estimates for up to 90 days giving you time to research our services and feel out the competition. We know that our customer service is top notch and we want you to get that same vibe. We have worked with a lot of contractors but Brandon and his team were by far the only ones that really lived up to their commitment on timing and quality of work. Brandon kept us constantly up to date on the status of work and was very effective at coordinating the different trades that were involved in our basement project.

We were impressed with Mark and his team right from the get-go. Our downstairs was in desperate need of upgrading which included removal of popcorn ceilings, installing a new bathroom, replacing the kitchenette, adding some new closets, and a bit of a lift to our laundry room. In addition, we replaced the flooring and baseboards on our main floor which look amazing!
Mark's staff were on-time, clean, responsive to any changes we asked for along the way, and delivered top-quality workmanship.

Had our basement redone last year with Mark and his team. The whole process was smooth and streamlined. Cynthia was great during the design and took care of permits etc. Also she was great with lending an eye on finishes and colour combinations.
All the contractors who came to work were professional, courteous and punctual.

Brandon, Cynthia, Wayne, and the entire team are true professionals at building excellent basements. The entire process, from layout, design, selecting finishes, to the actual build was excellent. We were in constant communication with the team, and they worked hard to make sure that we were happy with the results. Brandon, Cynthia, Wayne and team did a great job on our basement reno. We had a few custom features (fireplace, entertainment center, wet bar) we wanted in a clean modern design that they helped bring to life. Pricing was competitive and they were curtious and responsive from quote to finish. Crew was also friendly with our curious kids. The job did take a few weeks longer than expected, but the quality of the workmanship, attention to detail, and grade of products they installed were worth the wait.

We contacted numerous basement finishing companies to get quotes on our basement project. After meeting with Brandon from the basement store we were very pleased with his proposal and the suggestions from his designer.
