Colin came to install a humidifier and did a great job. He was really polite, updated on me as he was working on the humidifier, cleaned up after the job was done AND even explained how to use the humidifier. Honestly, 10/10.

Daikin furnace and Harding. They have been to my home 3 times this fall to fix a 4 year old furnace. First it was a control board that was causing problems with my furnace firing up in the morning. They charged approximately $150 for that board and the service call and it is still not reliable. The second tech then told me it is giving another control board/power error so it must be the power or a surge. Then again 10 days later no heat after a weekend away from home. There doesn't seem to have been a power failure or surge as the microwave time is still set. What does paying for the annual maintenance

From the very start the quotes I received were very fair. The estimator took the time assess the work that would need to be done and walked me through all the options. My furnace and AC were installed by a polite, professional crew who also took the time to ensure that I was satisfied with the equipment being installed.

Woke up this morning with no heat in the house. Within a couple of hours a Harding service technician was at the door and was able to replace the blower unit in less than 20 minute restoring heat to my home. Just want to state that the service was great and the staff were professional and friendly.
I'm glad I've been with Harding for the past 8 years,...here's to many more.

We’ve used Harding for 6+ years and they always exceed our expectations. Friendly staff, knowledgeable technicians and reasonable prices. We couldn’t ask for better. They installed the ac unit at our first house and anytime we needed them the service calls were great. We bought a new house July 2019. It wasn’t long after that we were told we needed a new furnace and ac. We went with

The customer service we recently received from Harding was very poor. The company seems to be completely incompetent at addressing issues clearly a fault of their own poor organization. We have an AC unit from this company as a result of purchasing a new build in a development that contracts the units from Harding. They didn't bother to include in… any of their information packages the fact that you have to schedule an "activation appointment" to set up the cool-air function if the unit was installed in the winter months.
When we called, we were told they couldn't come until the next day

Very disapointed. Called the "24/7" number and after a few minutes a technician called me and asked very simple questions like: "Is the A/C working?" "Is the drain clean?". The problem is that I have a water liking inside the A/C which can damage the eletronics, or even worst, put my family members in risk. By the end he told me that already have… 30 calls waiting for him and that I have to clean the drain by myself (btw, the drain is clean), and that I have to call the office tomorrow and there is nothing he can do for me. The interesting part is that I have the "Club membership" contract
