Excellent and thorough annual maintenance done by service technician (Tyler). Complete Covid protocols in place. This is the second year this technician has been at the house and always very courteous and friendly to the family as well as very efficient in his work and ensures everything is done correctly without undue extra costs . During a routine yearly maintenance check in March this year our 21 year oil tank was red tagged so we were forced to move quickly to find a replacement furnace. After extensive research, we made the decision to go with Signature Home Heating &Air. Jeff Guilmette the General Manager spent many hours explaining our options and coming up with a very reasonable price to replace the furnace and water tank. The installation crew were beyond amazing. They put in an 8 hour day non-stop to make sure we had heat that evening and went above and beyond fixing our existing HVAC. We have already recommended

I consulted Signature Home Heat after buying a country home and deciding to remove the existing oil furnace.
