I bought a furnace few months from Constant Home Comfort. The installation service was good and my furnace includes 1 year labor. However, their 24/7 is not responsive. No one call back at all. I called their 24/7 service due to my furnace not working at around 6pm. The customer service got my info and said the technician / vendor will call me back to arrange the schedule. I had been waiting for 2 hours but still no one called back. I called their 24/7 service again. Customer service got my info and said their technician will call me back in 4 hours. So I needed to wait for 4 hours for a technician

After doing tons of research and getting different quotes I was shocked with the price difference that Constant Home Comfort had compared to other providers. I thought because they were so cheap it wasn’t going to be as good of a job but Aadfer reading excellent reviews about them I went ahead with them. Our technician Simon was prompt, courteous and great at what he did. We got a humidifier installed on our furnace and so far so good. Simon was prompt followed Covid protocols and did a great job. I would recommend them anytime and when it’s time for any other HVAC services I would not shop

I moved in to my 3000 sq/ft beach home 2 years ago and I've had my tankless/heating conk out on me a few times and coincidentally, during the winter, which left me with no heating OR hot water for a few days. What I've noticed is that my tankless/boiler was significantly undersized and had never seen a maintenance appointment in its lifetime so I suffered every winter with breath warm air coming through the vents and a furnace that ran all day and night.

He also provided his professional advice and suggestion, so that I could make the right decision for this process. I am satisfied with his service.

I had Home Comfort installed our high efficiency furnace, a/c and on demand water heater in 2014. The installation of all units went through smoothly and those units continue to perform very well. I had Constant Home Comfort come today for fall maintenance. Simon C, the technician was on time, did a thorough checking, cleaning of my furnace and my humidifier. He was courteous, attentive and followed all Covid-19 rules. All that for a very reasonable price. I will certainly recommend Constant Home Comfort to my friends and neighbours. We live in West Hill, Scarborough.

If your looking for a new A/C or Furnace, look no further. This is the place. I got a Lennox A/C and no one could beat the price they were offering. David came over to my place advised me on the correct size. He did not try too over sell or sell me something I did not need. Within two days his team came over to install the AC. They did a very professional clean job. It’s been almost a month and the unit has been working fine with no problems at all. They even registered my product for the extended warranty. Excellent service. Keep up the good work guys.

I made an appointment for Constant Home Comfort to install a new furnace at my home. I provided them with my home/cell phone numbers and address. Company gave me a specific 2 hour time slot and said either David or Anthony will come and provide me with a free consultation and cost estimate. I spent time to clean up the furnace room and waited, and waited. No one showed up from this "Constant Home Comfort". Are they for real ? Dependable and trustworthy ? Once they receive payment, service stops. No effort to help the customer. Took 6 months and many, many phonecalls to get my refund because they "did not get around to submitting the paperwork". They were short AC covers that too took 6 months and many, many phonecalls to get. 2 years into a 10 year warranty and I have to wait almost a week for a service call. If the units is that good why is it not working properly after 2 years?

Terrible service! We had an appointment today to have our attic insulation done between 10-2. The technician never showed up and we called them around 3. They said that because another appointment cancelled at 10am they decided to skip my appointment and will come for 4pm. Fine- we waited until 4.... again no one came and no one called. We called the technician and no answer. We called the office and they said we are responsible for contacting the technician......well I couldn't, that's why we contacted the office.., beyond frustrated at this point.
