The heating system had stopped working altogether- we called Glors and they responded very quickly. Mr. Patel and his team prioritized our request and came within a short time to take a look. I called another company who came into assess and when their sales person came in to provide details of their offerings, they basically just complained about Reliance's work on my furnace and told me that they wouldn't be able to compete with their pricing but their service will be better... didn't give me a good feeling about how they were selling themselves.
I found Glors on Google and they came within 15 minutes (I live close to their Mississauga location) and I was able to get my new AC installed the next day. They

Called them yesterday as my husband was out and I discovered water running down my furnace. Glors was very responsive and said a tech would visit within 2 hours and they were very up front about what they thought the issue was and how it could be fixed and the estimate. In 1.5 hours the tech arrived, and was very helpful and fixed the issue quickly, at the price that was quoted over the phone. Any AC or furnace issues in the future they will be our first call, hands down. Highly recommend!!

I called Glors because of the good reviews on Google and they did not disappoint. Mr Patel was at my place within a day to have a look at the HVAC system and very clearly provided options that were available to me. After some consideration, we decided to replace our HVAC and he provided a reasonable price with details of what he would be putting in. After agreeing to get this done, Mike, Mandeep and Lala came in promptly and very professionally completed the job. The best part was they were very clear in the time that would be required, what time they would come in, and executed to their time.

Mr Patel, Mike and Mandeep provide fast and professional service. Call him at 8am and AC was replaced by 2pm with very reasonable price. They make sure everything works great and provided complementary service on some items.
They put matt on the work area and stairs so that our carpet and flooring are protected.

I'm glad I discovered this business. Mr. Patel is very responsive and practical. We had a very old AC and Heating system in our house and we knew it had to be changed someday, Mr. Patel didn't push us to buy a new one, he gave us options that we could chose from and to me that's a good way to do business.
Their service is also seamless - he explains in detail what kind of brand / system he is installing, responds to your phone calls, let's you know an hour before he arrives and follows up a day after the installation. We had to change our thermostat too but the shipment hadn't arrived on time

I recently had a new furnace, AC, and humidifier installed by Glors (replacing my 23yr old furnace/AC) the owner Mr. Patel answered all my questions and helped me better understand what systems were best for my house. Technicians Mike and Mandeep showed up on time and installed the systems to my liking. Mr. Patel also showed up to on the installation day to make sure everything was to my liking, and has been following up days after the installation to make sure i am satisfied!

Patel was amazing today It’s not a good day when you AC goes down on a summer day. He came within one hour and my AC is fixed! Very courteous, very polite. Took the time to explain what was happening. Ended up changing the thermostat as well. Not often you find a kind, knowledgeable and good hearted person like Patel.
