I had my second kitchen counters done . I loved the end result. Everybody I dealt with was awesome . Very friendly and helpful. Timely responses and the installers were very nice . Thank you Paragon!

We went with Paragon as I figured if you went with a chain store they would buy from Paragon and jack up their price so you pay more. Measurements were exact. Installation quick and easy. They followed covid protocol. Fantastic job from them. All done within a half day and this was back in October 2020. A few months later the stone developed a crack from an unseen flaw. Called them up and they sent someone out to inspect the flaw. Through job done. Nothing was dropped on it or anything. Just one of those things that happen as we all missed the flaw and want noticed until June 2021. New same stone

Ikea discontinued a countertop we purchased last year and we added onto the kitchen so it was a huge issue not being able to match what was already installed. Jennifer at Paragon was so great to deal with and made a frustrating situation much better. She's friendly, knowledgable and awesome. I highly recommend using Paragon for your countertop needs. Before getting our solid surface counter I shopped around a bit. Paragon is one of four companies in the lower mainland that basically everyone who sells them subcontacts to. So it made sense to cut the middlemen.
While getting quotes from all four companies, Paragon was the best. They had the second lowest price. The reason I decided to go with them was that the difference in price wasn't very big and that Maria was on the ball with immediate follow up and responsiveness. Other companies hemmed and hawed and took their time. It made sense that it would follow through to everything and it did

Paragon did our countertops and I couldn't be happier with the results. Maria in the showroom was one of the most personable, helpful people I've had the pleasure of working with and Geoff who did our measurement and install was ultra professional and phenomenal at what he did. I couldn't be happier with our experience and would absolutely use Paragon again!

Maria provides great Service, and I am very happy with the final result. I've been using Paragon for some time. As a contractor in Vancouver, it can be hard to find consistent results in sub trades and sales reps. Not the case with Paragon.

I recently replaced kitchen countertops in our downstairs suite. I chose Paragon because I wanted to support local business and was pleasantly surprised how smoothly everything went from my initial contact with the very helpful salesperson, to the measurements and right up to the final installation by the technicians. Very pleased with my new Caesarstone countertops. Two thumbs up for Paragon.

We renovated our kitchen in the summer and got our counters through Paragon. I can't say enough about this company; every Paragon employee we worked with was professional, pleasant and on time. Maria helped us choose the material (Corian) and the edging profile. Geoff visited our place and created the template, and Yacob, Matt and Mo were the installers. Stellar service at each step. Maria was particularly patient and helpful while we were coming to a decision on our counter top. We were disappointed when we found that the counter top was too large to access our suite via elevator or stairs and would have to be cut and "glued" together, but the crew members that installed it were courteous, took just the right amount of time and did an excellent job of connecting the two pieces together and completing the installation.

Very happy with the service - from Maria Au @ Cambie location. Also, happy with the installation - took less than 3 weeks from order to install. We would do business with Paragon again and are considering using them when we get around to doing counter-tops for our bathrooms.

The colour we picked out was not in stock from the supplier, but she was upfront and kept us updated all throughout. Our kitchen and bathroom looks wonderful! I had excellent experience with this company for the installation of my new quartz counters for my kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. Their quartz, Caesarstone, made in Europe, is supposed to be water-mark resistant and is stronger than some other brands made in China. The measurements were meticulously taken by Geo and the installation was done almost to perfection, if not for a very small seam (junction) that was not nearly as perfect as I would like to see at one of the "J" areas. During installation it was blended in and fixed to make it smooth. All the rest of the seams are tight

This company was contracted by Home Depot to supply a Corian countertop for the bathroom and install it along with an under-the-counter sink. The hole for the sink was cut incorrectly on the first countertop and they had to make a second one. Then, on the new one, they mounted the sink a few degrees off centre. The installer did a good job with the countertop installation, but didn't clean up properly when done, as he left silicone on the Corian surface. At the end of the day, I wouldn't consider them true craftsmen.

After three quotes and much thought I decided to go with Paragon to install my new kitchen countertops.. Paragon was slightly more expensive than the other companies I researched but the also did the countertop removal - all under 1 roof made most sense to me. I am SO happy extremely impressed, here's why;
- first meetimg with Sheena was a house call to discuss , see samples, rough measurement to draw up an estimated quote. She was prompt, personable and had some good design ideas.
- second meeting ; installer to do detailed measurement for template. Prompt, experienced and very professional

Just want to give a shout-out to Paragon, we were so happy with the pricing and level of service we received from their Cambie showroom, Richmond warehouse, and from the installers themselves. Paragon was extremely helpful when we were looking for a marble vanity countertop - our quote and photos of the slab we looked at in Richmond were waiting in my e-mail before we even returned home from there. And the end product - wow! Our countertop looks amazing and considering they had to cut the slab to fit into a space surrounded by 3 walls (that were tiled with irregular-surfaced tiles) they cut
