I contacted Tri-City Plumbing to address a water pressure/volume issue at our residence (couldn't do two things at once such as fill the tub and use the dishwasher, and pressure wasn't sufficient to use our outside water sprinkler). Manager Keith Hankins stopped by to assess the situation and then scheduled a couple of professional plumbers on his team to fix the problem. The night before they came, our sewer system backed up into our downstairs tub/toilet/laundry sink. I panicked because I had never experience this before. I've used Tri-City when I rented and now with my own place. They are great. Love Sharla - friendly and helpful with all my questions. Mark who installed my hot water heater - excellent. Guy doesn't break a sweat on the hottest day of year. Great group. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Tri-City Plumbing. The owner Keith is very helpful and responsive. I had an emergency and they fit me in as soon as they could. Mark fixed the problem in no time all while being very professional and super tidy. They are very knowledgeable about their business and honest. I won't use anyone else.

We had a plugged toilet that needed to be loooked at. Called Tricity in the morning and by lunch time Brad was there to fix the problem. Super professional and friendly service. WIll for sure recommend Tri-City to anyone. Will always be our first call as well. Thanks again to Tri-City Plumbing!

Within a few minutes upon meeting Marc I could tell he knew his stuff and he gained my trust. We called you guys as we knew we needed a little work done for our kitchen reno to fix some problem areas done by a previous owner.
I explained to him that this was going to be my forever home and so I wanted to do things right—especially while the walls were open. He assessed the work and made recommendations and gave the reasons why he made those recommendations in language I understood. In the end we redid the whole home! Marc was an excellent communicator throughout the project. Kept me informed

Very positive experience, response at the the house within 4 hours. Andrew was very good gave me options and also what I believe to be good advice. Water tanks just do not last like they used to.
Thank the big box stores driving the quality down. that's my opinon,not any one else.My first tank lasted 28 years, this one 9.

Very efficient service with Tri-City Plumbing, they had us an estimate appointment booked right away and the full service came a week later. They were efficient, non-disturbing and knowledgable. The only aspect I was not satisfied with was their accounting department, it had taken them almost 3 months to send me an invoice, and that was after sending them email and phone call reminders!
