Had the air-conditioning in my rental serviced/cleaned by a fella named Fraser who came by for this company. Professional, efficient, great company and very relaxed. He worked quickly and thoroughly while being a pleasure to have around. Clearly knew his stuff, showed up within the window given, checked in with me before using taps etc. Great experience with a great worker. Recommended.

This company was recommended to us originally and I am happened to do the same. They were professional and friendly throughout and did an excellent job. The work was done in the time advised and pricing was transparent and competitive. (We had all our old ducting upgraded, room vents replaced and they also diagnosed a fault which required a new part - again all done to time and price.)

Chris is an absolute professional and just a great human in general. I have used a couple AC contractors before and Chris is hands down the best. Fast diagnosis, good communication skills, knows his stuff. He is responsive re: calls and just gets it done. Strong recommendation and I don't give them out often.

Took parts of our aircon outside (right next to our garden) to clean, leaving marks on all our herbs and plants from the cleaning product used. The plants have died where it's been in contact with the cleaning product and our herbs are now inedible. Checked inside of air conditioners afterwards as they smelt off and they were still dirty.
