My Arctic Spa tub is an older model and as such has required some work to keep it running smoothly and looking its best. I have bought replacement jets, spa packs, chemicals and recently a new cover from this store. The people in this location are knowledgeable and friendly. Candace answered all my questions quickly, and provided me with some great advice. I would recommend them to anyone considering a new tub or fixing an existing tub.

Collingwood location ripped me off . First of all Tim and Sara should not be in business. They gave me a good price but sold me a old hot tub. It was scratched and the bottom of the hot tub split from the frame . They said they would fix it and never back back. They promised a bunch of free stuff , never got it .

Bought an Arctic Spa Ocean hot tub a few years ago and have had 0 issues! A couple months ago the insulated cover developed issues (harder/heavier to open). I placed a call to ArcticHotTubs (Whitby) Service department to see what I could do to correct the cover issue. I was looking for a solution that I could do/buy to fix the problem. But, was… I in a surprise!!!!!
Today, not only did they replaced the damaged cover (there’s two sets of them), but they replaced both sets of covers. WOW!!! I’m very satisfied with this level of service which ArcticHotTubs (Whitby) has provided

We just purchased a Hot Tub from Tony tonight. We went to look about on Sunday at 4 hot tub stores, the last one being Arctic Spas. When we stepped inside we felt welcome, we're not hounded or followed around the store like other places. Along with the great reception they also had a great selection of tubs and very good pricing. We were sold. Looking forward to the delivery of our Hot Tub. Oh, and we won a gift card for guessing the amount of balloons in the hot tub. Thanks Tony and the other staff !!!

We shopped around for over a year visiting different shops around Durham. When we found ArcticSpa in Whitby we were welcomed immediately by the staff. After looking around at all of the different tub models you can really see the difference in quality compared to other tubs we saw! We purchased our saltwater ArcticSpa Cub with SpaBoy that day and… were excited after our purchase! We had a new three tier deck surround built to accommodate the tub and are in love with our upgraded backyard!! The staff are amazing and very helpful from Rick, Shane and Tony we thank you for everything!!!
