Would happily recommend Adanac. Cody was very easy to deal with. He was the only person to give a quote in person. He came well prepared, with samples and numerous options for us to choose from. During the project he was always very quick to reply to any questions we had. The work crew was courteous and professional. They did a great job under some very difficult weather conditions. Our house is now one of the nicest looking in the area

Highly recommend Adanac Roofing.....we had our roof, gutters, soffits and facia board replaced. Shout out to Wally and Dave who did the roof -- they did an excellent job. Chris and Darren did the rest of the work and we are so happy with the results. We found Cody to be honest and an excellent "problem solver." Roof looks great and we no longer have overflowing gutters when the rain and wind hit.

It is roof replacement time. We asked for quotes from a collection of roofing contractors. Adanac won on price and completeness
We are waiting for them to start. I will update when they finish.
The work went extremely well. The roofers were polite and friendly, and were very careful of our garden and plants. The roof looks great, and was finished in a few days.
They cleaned up everything when they finished.
In addition to the roof work, they replaced the facia boards.

The job was done on time and looks great. The 2 guys that worked on the roof had about 45 years of experience between them and it really showed in their craftsmanship. They were courteous, and took the time to clean up at the end of each day. I would gladly use them again!!

Adanac Roofing did a great job replacing our roof and gutters. Cody provided a quote really quickly, the quote was actually lower then two other quotes, taking into consideration that we chose more expensive shingles. There was several weeks wait until the crew was available, but that was worth waiting - very professional installers who did quality job - no rush, avoiding working on rainy days, it took them almost a week, but we know that everything was done really well! Another crew installed gutters - same professional and quality job. Highly recommend Adanac services.

Adanac roofing was recommended by a friend and Cody came by promptly with a detailed estimate. We thought the price was fair so we had the roof done last October. The crew was punctual, friendly, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Cody took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions. They did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adanac roofing.

I believe Adanac does more roofs than anyone else on the west side (please correct me if I am wrong). If so, I can understand why!
From Kurt's scoping, quotation and presentation process, through JC's crew's completion and clean up, Adanac was thoroughly transparent, time effective and professional. I wish all contractors met this standard.
I don't consider this a simple job yet it was done very well including all the little details. Highlights:
- JC and his crew were polite and friendly
- they showed up when they said they would and worked hard throughout the entire job
- they cleaned up

When it comes to picking a roofing company there more than the cost of the job or when it can be done. A very important factor is what kind of service support you receive after the job is done. Sometimes many years after the roof is installed issues can come up. I recently had one of those experiences with a very minor leak that was coming through… my garage ceiling. After speaking with Dan he sent out Manny to find and repair the source of the leak. The source could not be found. Manny did a very thorough search that took many hours. My reroofing job required the removal of several past layers of shingles and underlay from decades of old roofing work done before. Kurt, my Adanac project manager, made excellent suggestions for all the questions and concerns I had, ranging from the type and choice of durable shingles to repairing a leak on an overhanging eve at the back of my house. He was always considerate and I never felt pressure from him to hire Adanac for my roofing work. Having said that, I'm extremely happy I did! My 78 year old mother had her roof replaced by Adanac roofing. They were very good with the quote, breaking it down for my mother, they started the work earlier then they originally told her and had the work completed early. I went to check and make sure that everything was completed as promised and noticed that the flashing around the chimney did not look good. My husband called Kurt who took a while to return his call and told my husband that he did not get the pictures we sent. Kurt told my husband that they don't include masonary flashing in the quote even though the quote says flashing

We’ve seen their sign up at North Langley Baseball as a sponsor for the past several years, so when we wanted to talk to someone about our roof we contacted Adanac Roofing. They were very prompt in their response and when they sent somebody out they provided a very professional and detailed assessment of our roof. As it turns out we don’t quite need a new roof just yet, however based on this experience with Adanac Roofing we will definitely call them to replace our roof when we are ready.
