I recently hired Brad (You Friendly Neighborhood Roofer) to come and fix some issues that I had with the roof and attic of the house that I just bought. He went above and beyond ensuring that everything was checked. He found and fixed issues that the inspector did not even see. He was prompt, friendly, and very reasonably priced. The name is true, he sure is friendly! Cheaper quotes than any of the other companies I looked at, without sacrificing any of the quality. I would definitely recommend!
