A big shout out to Tyler and the crew of Best Quality Roofing for the great job they did on our house and barn. Worst customer service - I requested a quote based on a specific scope of work. It took over a month to receive the quote and it didn’t even cover the scope of work I had outlined. When I asked for a complete quote, I was told they were only willing to do a portion of the job. Really? You could’t have told me that a month ago?

Worst company yet! They lie easily just to make more money.
1- they were doing an insurance job (big job) on my house which they got paid around $26,000. There was a small area (two 2x4 woods) that insurance was not covering . So I asked the roofing company how much extra if I pay myself and they replied COUPLE OF HUNDREDS. Then they invoiced me for $1632!!!! ($100-$200 materials and the rest for labor and 2 pick ups; they were already there!!!!!!!!!!) keep in mind they are already working there and charged me twice for pick ups!
So I told them and they ignored so I got a third party company
