The fireplace loft is top notch!!!
It's Dec 12, and i rely on our gas fireplace to heat our basement and kids bedrooms throughout the winter. And this year when i flicked the switch to turn it on, nothing happened. So i called around to 4 different places trying to get a service tech out to fix it ASAP. Everyone was booking 2 to 3 weeks out this year,meaning no heat for Christmas. Fortunately for me, The Fireplace Loft was the 4th place i called and the last place i needed! Kevin advised me on a couple things to trouble shoot over the phone, to see if i could get it working and his expertise were

Even though he was able to immediately determine that he doesn't carry a line of inserts that would work for our particular scenario, he immediately suggested a model, manufacturer and local business that might be the right fit. I have to thank the Fireplace Loft team for such a beautiful job designing and installing my fireplace. It is a gas fireplace that extends out from my wall only 9 inches (fireplace + mantle) compared to 24 inches quoted by other fireplace providers. It is beautiful when lit, and the mantle is gorgeous - 10 feet high and the white shiplap, beautifully finished, with band detailing on either side of the fireplace. The cap at the top finishes it nicely when looking down from the second floor. To top it off, it is family owned, well established, incredibly professional and the team has a great sense

I have been wanting to install a fireplace for some time.
After searching various suppliers I decided to go with the Fireplace Loft.
Kevin was very helpful with coaching us through our design that we had in mind and made some suggestions to improve it. His price point on the Fireplace itself and options was better than other suppliers.
He was able to handle the entire installation, framing, gas work, and stone work. He's a true one stop shop.

I was recently completing a home renovation and decided to see what options may be available if we were to add a fire place and stone surround. I received a few quotes from other places and The Fireplace Loft was definitely competitive and Kevin was transparent and honest. He gave me some suggestions that I never thought of which made a huge difference on my installation. I didn't have enough room for standard side cabinets so he built them into the legs, totally hidden away! This enables me to hide my audio equipment for a really sleek and clean install.
