Very knowledgeable. Friendly staff. Installation of woodstove was done quickly and professionally. Had the chimney pipes cleaned and this was done professionally. However we've had an issue with the blower fan from day one. We called and have sent video of the noise the fan makes per their request. Nothing has been done and we now get to endure a noisy blower fan. It felt as if we were the issue and were imagining it. Not happy with the end result.

We had Firetech come out today to install a new gas line for a gas stove we purchased at their showroom here in Woodstock. From the questions at the showroom to the gas line install, we were IMPRESSED!! Greg came into the house and had a look at the main line and noticed that the additional lines to the furnace and to the kitchen gas stove wasn't done to code. He explained the Codes and Standards to us and why it was wrong and the possible issues associated with it. He noticed the lines were not tagged and the kitchen line was free to move in the floor.
