Alex Woollam and his team (Vojtech, and all the office staff) of Waterline Plumbing is the answer to my prayers. We have a very low water pressure at my house because it is located in a Water Zone that is programmed to have only 38 psi. The fact that our house is also located uphill makes the problem even worse. Installing a water pressure booster pump is the only solution to our problem of inadequate water supply. . But such pump installation is a very uncommon thing to do. It seems nobody else has done it on a residential level in my locale. This is why after I have phoned more than 25 plumbers

They're responsive, professional, courteous, and send highly capable plumbers who are able to problem-solve well and clearly communicate what they're doing (and why) with the customer. Last June while out of town I was contacted by my wife that our 8 year old shower had started leaking. I remembered having received a flyer shortly before leaving town a couple of days before from Waterline Plumbing that included a $25 coupon. I looked them up called and asked them to contact my wife to arrange a visit. I spoke to Alex the owner. A couple of days later when I returned from back east I was happy to hear Alex had sent his technician and addressed the issue and saying that he would wait for me to return before billing us. I found Waterline Plumbing Ltd. by searching for a local plumbing service on line. I was very pleased with their service. Harry the plumber arrived on time if not a bit early which was great. He did not wast time and got to the problem very efficiently. Covid 19 precautions were observed. Harry was not quick to leave but checked thoroughly that the drain was flowing freely and the leak fixed before cleaning up and leaving. I was very pleased with the service, how they left the area and feel the charges were appropriate. I would highly recommend this company.

If you’re looking for an honest and reliable plumber, look no further. The customer service was great, thank you Laura. Prior to the work being done, our guy Trevor itemized all that needed to be done, an approximation of the time required and a breakdown of the cost. There were no surprises on the invoice. Covid protocols were followed. My experience was exceptional from the beginning to the end. Overall, Waterline Plumbing is the best and I highly recommend them.

Waterline was recommended to us from a Northshore FB group and they came through for our plumbing emergency. A joint burst outside of our tankless heater leaving us without hot water. They were able to help us over the phone during after-hours and came the following day.
No price gouging as we've experienced with larger companies when dealing with emergencies.
