During a busy time when so many people had burst pipes in their homes during freezing temperatures, Watermark Plumbing Services fixed an urgent matter with my kitchen faucet and drain. It was all booked and the work done perfectly in less than 48 hours from the initial request. It was so well done and the job and costs were laid out clearly to me beforehand. I highly recommend this wonderful business .

Excellent experience from the get go: communication, efficiency, the job, the price. Honestly, first time for me having to call up a plumber. I feared the cost and the experience. Pleasantly surprised and would definitely be a repeat client. I highly recommended their services. They are personable and great to work with - and fast ( quick reply and quick job).

Due to the pandemic I’ve lived with a leaky sink for a year. Long overdue to fix it. Geoff recommended I have a faucet in case it needed to be replaced. Once I have a Moen replacement from Penmar Plumbing Mart I secured an appointment a day later! The text message letting me know Cam would be coming was appreciated. He arrived on time. I was immediately impressed with his hope that an inexpensive fix might do the trick. As I wanted a repair not a replace. Well. My dreams were not realistic. So after a little puddle surfaced two hours later I called and Cam returned next day.
Removing a 19 year

The team recently installed a sump pump in my fully finished basement. From the get go Geoff was responsive which is a great sign when plumbing is concerned. From there Cam came and inspected the area using camera technology which built trust over others who prefer to give you an opinion on something that they can’t see (i.e pipes underground). The team worked quickly to dig through concrete and install the pump and we are now ready for the winter 🤞. Trust is important when it comes to your house and I felt like they treated this project with care and would recommend them if you are considering

Have to say, I’m impressed with the work and professionalism. After noticing water backing up in our basement drain, gave these guys a call and they were able to be on site within a matter of hours and identify the issue and recommend next steps.
Hopefully we won’t have to call them again… But if we do, at least we know we’re in good hands.

Watermark was responsive - able to do some quick analysis over the phone and then sent a crew the next day. The work crew was great - seemed like one guy was a trainee - both were very kind, friendly, professional. Showerhead replacement was done quickly, and they were able to check another issue (slow flushing toilets) and repair that as well while they were here. Would recommend!

Watermark responded quickly to my request for service. They scheduled my appointment and the plumber showed up right on time. The work performed was completed in a professional and timely manner, resulting in a reasonable cost. The plumber tested everything several times and showed me the invoice on his device. I signed for the work performed and shortly after the invoice arrived via email. Payment was easy using an email transfer. All in all a good painless experience.

Ross (and Geoff) were great in setting up and performing the work needed at our house. It was a tricky job, working around and replacing 90 year old pipes and a tight fitting sink, but Ross was excellent! He was on time, very professional, and most importantly, completed the job the way we wanted. I would absolutely use Watermark Plumbing again!

Geoff carefully explained what was required in my plumbing situation and answered my many questions patiently. He also kept me up-to-date re: parts etc. Cam did an AMAZING job installing my fixtures, including my rather complicated shower. I was impressed with his trouble-shooting and the detailed care he took. He also explained and educated along the way. The work is beautifully done. You can have full confidence that these guys know what they are doing!
