Great communications with Red Seal Drainage & Plumbing. The cost for the sewer pipe replacement is reasonable.
The job may have been completed earlier if more than one person assigned to the job.
However, I am very happy with the work Phablo has done.
He is an excellent tradesman with high trade standard, safety and professionalism.
He is very well organized, very well with communications, and with very high quality workmanship.

I was very happy with the work that Kevin did to solve the blocked drain on our property. He carefully investigated the problem, suggested a reasonable course of action to excavate the drain. Though it wasn't clear at the beginning whether this would work, he was able to remove the old pipe down to 5 feet, which was blocked with roots from a nearby tree, and then unblock and flush the deeper drain so that water flowed freely to the sump. He installed new PVC pipe that should be much easier to maintain in future, and solved a problem that we've had for many years.

He carried out a very detailed inspection and answered all of our concerns in a patient and polite manner. The next day, he sent me a project plan with cost estimate, very efficient! Nice guy and nice services.

I had two visits from Red Seal Plumbing - One for an initial inspection and another to find the cause of the leaks.
I felt very comfortable with this company. It didn't feel Red Seal Plumbing was just out to make a buck. They value the customer and I'm sure this leads to lots of repeat business and referrals.
Plumbing is costly, but their prices are not exorbitant. The costs were reasonable and I appreciated that they were fully transparent with itemized costs for each step, in advance and I could choose what steps I wanted to take. They were

Kevin was a joy to work with. He was prompt, friendly and professional. He was able to quickly assess the various and varied plumbing issues in our new home, and fix it completely. Even my children commented on how nice he was. As a lay-person without much plumbing knowledge, I feel confident that I got the right answers and my issues dealt with. I recognize there are proper and traditional ways of doing things, however IMO companies who adapt with the times will have continued success. Red Seal Plumbing listened to my request on proactive work to replace my water pressure reduction valve…offered solutions and was able to provide a general estimate based on an image I sent. I wish the same could be said of other plumbers I reached out to. One other did, and their price was even a little bit better, but I didn’t feel as reassured with their interactions. Red Seal solidified the quote when their technician
