Our interaction with Platinum Ridge Plumbing was easy and straight forward from start to finish. The pilot light on our water heater went out on Boxing Day. Nate answered the call when I phoned and was at our place within the hour, despite it being a holiday. Fixed the problem and showed us how to fix it ourselves if it happened again. Very reasonable cost and friendly and efficient service. I would definitely us them again!

I am so happy I found Platinum Ridge Plumbing! Nate took time out of his day off to come out and help with a serious drain issue (probably from all the crazy rains and flooding we were having here). He was contactable immediately by messaging which I think is excellent and so easy. He was able to give me a quote and a time when he would be arriving and he kept to that promise! He is very professional but friendly at the same time and I got the sense that I could trust him right away. He also persevered through a very difficult drainage issue with expertise and got the job done and cleared as quick

Good morning, hi. I wanted to leave a comment after Nathan's visit to our house the other day in Vancouver.
We had temperature regulation issues with two showers and he diagnosed and worked on them quickly and efficiently. Nathan also looked at a leaking dishwasher and some sinks around the house which were a little blocked and we were very satisfied with his services, will call him again for any followup work. Thank you.

I had a great experiece with Nate. He is very professional and a pleasure to work with. He fixed the water leakeage issue we had.

I was thrilled with Platinum Ridge Plumbing. My hot water tank broke and they were prompt to install a new one. Nate was efficient, knowledgeable and thorough! I had a bad water leak and needed a hot water tank replacement as fast as possible. I called Nate from Platinum Ridge and by the next morning he had fixed the water leak and replaced my tank. Couldn't be happier with the installation, timing, and price. Would definitely recommend.

We have lived in our home for over 23 years, this was our first of 4 bathroom renovations. Needless to say, we were fairly nervous and excited at the same time.
Nate walked us thru everything, took the time to answer our questions and made suggestions to upgrade old pipes, etc...
He was very efficient, friendly and looked you straight in the eye!
The demo was done quickly.
The installation took a bit more time, but there was more to do.
We are very happy with the end result!
Our bathroom is beautiful!
We hope to upgrade our other bathrooms in the near future and will most defiantly be calling
