A huge shout out to Brent from BK Cornerstone. We met with him this morning in Kingsville to go over taking procession of our new home this week. He is personable, professional and he knows his product. We absolutely love our new home and the attention to detail in everything from the trim work to the mechanics of the home. Brent's knowledge of the Energy Efficient Eco Friendly features of our home is only matched..... by his willingness and ability to explain those features in a clear manner that we could easily understand. We can not speak highly enough of Brent. His parents must be very proud

They recently built a beautiful house for our family but our experience with the company was horrible. There was a lack of communication, we weren’t treated with respect and they’re was several pricing changes that we felt weren’t honest. Towards the end of the construction, they started doing adjustments without our knowledge and magically the original price for the construction dramatically went up. We threatened them that we never accepted these terms and we will be going to court. Soon after our threat, the additional fees all vanished. PLEASE IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THESES PEOPLE TAKE

Absolute trash . Completely unprofessional . Had a driver of van t2 so close to my vehicle I couldn't even see the emblem on his grill when asked to stop getting so close because I drive a standard and roll I was called every name in the book then followed aftwrwards and harrassed . Please be very careful with his company as I know they like to cut corners but make it look good aswell . Absolutely rediculous way to react to someone especially while driving a company vehicle . Hopefully you guys replace this guy the pictures of the incident will also be posted as well as given to the mto to watch

I love my home. A few issues but nothing that wasn't taken care of in a mannerly length of time. However the fire alarms in my house have been the thorn in my side. One month after I moved in the fire department had to be called and the builder replaced it within days. But over 2 months ago the same issue happened and again the fire department was called. The fireman had to actually take the whole alarm apart because they couldn't get it to shut off. So I called BK and explained the problem and guess what, I'm getting nothing but the run around, including not coming out to address this important
