My parents had their roof installed 10 years ago by Desi's and recently had a small repair that needed to be done. When they called about getting the repair done Tina was very friendly and knowledgeable.Ray showed up the very next day and completed the repair quickly.Ray was efficient and personable.
I want to thank the Desi team for everything for they did for us. It's so nice to see a company that stands behind their product.

We used Desi's a few months ago when we got our roof redone. It turned out to be a bigger job than anyone anticipated with 37 sheets of plywood that were either rotted or moldy and needed to be replaced. They handled the inconvenience professionally and in a timely manner, answered all our questions, and were overall great to work with. We couldn't be happier with our new roof!

We just had our roof replaced by Desis Roofing and found them very professional. The installation was delayed by one day but they called promptly and let us know. We found that Desis's price was competitive but more important we trusted the honestly and professionalism we saw when they came to quote the job. We were not disappointed. They did a good job cleaning up and we are recommending them to our friends and neighbours.

Had an appointment booked with Desi's to inspect my roof. The original appointment was rescheduled due to weather which was understandable. On the rescheduled date, no one showed up to my home. I called the office, and was told that they would be by home on "wednesday" at 8am. Once again, no one showed up. Called the office to cancel and went with Titan's Roof Works out of Oakville who were much more organized.
The owner posted a response below which is partially accurate except for the fact that they DID NOT show up twice as indicated. They also did NOT return calls.

I was requiring an estimate on my roof with a flat roof section and a separate shed. The estimate by Desi's occurred while I was at work. The estimate on paper appeared comparable to other estimates, however it didn't include the flat roof portion. I understand that this is a different type of roof. Also, there was a quote for a bathroom vent for which one doesn't exist. I wanted to clarify with the estimator why there were no flat roof quote (most have a subcontracting roofer specializing in flat roofs), and to quote on my shed (that is so obviously in need of a new roof as well). We live in a freehold town house and us as well as two of our neighbours required replacement of our shingles. We got multiple quotes and Desi's was the most competitive. We used a shingle with a 40yr warranty (we know we won't get 40 years, but more to say it was a higher end shingle) and they didn't cut any corners. The roof was completed in 2015 and looks as good today as it did back then. The staff was on time, did a solid job and their were no surprises.

Roof Re-Shingled, Plus, Insulation Upgrade. From estimation, on through completion of our roofing, and, insulation needs, Desi's crew exceeded our expectations. After being dragged for months by another roofing company and left with leaking roof I contacted Desi’s Roofing. They worked very hard to squeeze me in so late into the season and saved the day!! I will forever be very thankful for.
They show up on time, did amazing job, very prompt and left the place spotless when they finished. Also the communication through out the whole experience was implacable. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
