I was looking at an item in the store, it was already broken you can clearly see that. They tried to get me to pay for it and say it was my fault. I didn't even touch it! When I said you can check on camera he threaten to call the police. When my mom was about to pay for $70 I just walked up to her and said, "don't buy nothing here" he threatens to call the police on me again. We walked out and didn't buy anything, screw this owner at this store! Terrible service, go to another location if you can.

Wow, never has anyone else helped me better than this. The ownership group is not only super helpful, but also pretty attractive. I don’t want to say turbo good but wow they’re good.
One of the owners, Chris, helped me buy the screw that I wanted better than I’ve ever been helped. I was looking for a lag bolt and, Chris, the owner, told me that I just needed a decking screw. My decking project went so well that it was surprising. I have since gone on to get a doctorate in decking. I can’t wait to get a degree in caulking.

I'm a tradesman and these guys are awesome!
I dealt with Connor on my Timbertech decking which I new nothing about. He had all the answers and was a pleasure to deal with.
The cost here was way better then anywhere else I looked and the selection was hands down the best.
I even had a defect from the manufacturer in some boards and they were on it right away and got me new one the next day.
You don't get service like this anywhere these days.

From the initial planning stages, until completion, Jake and the staff at POCO Building supplies were there to help guide me through each phase of my backyard deck project.
