Had a probmlem with my 10 yr old furnace. I called Eric (Owner) and he said he would have his Son Paul help me out (not to mention we had 30+ CM of snow that day!) Paul was very knowledgeable and found the problem within minutes. Paul also gave me recommendations on how to move forward to prevent this issue from reoccuring. I would reccomend this company anytime!

I had to replace my 21 year old furnace, along with the humidifier and thermostat. Having said that, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Eric, the owner of Ultra Built-in Systems and his team of installers, Kam and Valley. They were: responsive, professional, prompt, courteous, clean, trustworthy and reasonably priced. I heartily recommend them.

Excellent craftmanship and customer service from Eric, Paul and their team! Paul was very knowledgeable and took the proper time with diagnosing the issue. Fixed the issue with my A/C and did not rush the job. Eric is very passionate about their work and stands by their service. Ultra has been amazing!! They are professional, really nice and respectful and they always do a great job. Eric has come to quote us for each project we’ve needed them for and I can say enough about how nice of a person he is. It truly makes a world of a difference to work with nice people. 2 years ago our furnace broke down, 1 year ago my hot water tank broke down and this year my ac unit broke down. ultra has fixed all three. We are extremely happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

Eric (Ultra owner)came to diagnose a problem I had been trying to get diagnosed and fixed with my central air conditioning for almost 2 years and a dozen on site calls
He immediately diagnosed the problem and knew exactly how to fix it
I already had an existing air conditioning maintenance contract with another company and they came and finally came up with the same diagnosis as Eric's and fixed it as per Eric's diagnosis
Eric did not charge us for the call or the diagnostic evaluation
Now our home is nice and cool and the air conditioning is great!

Eric was a pleasure to deal with. He helped us with our urgent air conditioner issue and booked a spot for us ASAP. A different HVAC company quoted us incredibly high prices and tried to use scare tactics and sales pitches to try to get us to buy multiple high-tech items at a 5-figure cost. We called Eric right after and he set things straight, telling us the truth about what we actually needed, and offering us a fair and affordable price for the air conditioner unit. Especially considering that the labour was included in the price, it was great to not have any hidden surprises or fees at the end

All I can say is excellent service, fast speed and great price.
Called them today had a problem with my furnace, talk to a gentleman named Paul fantastic service had a guy show up within one hour to replace my parts.
The installer was name was Paul very respectful polite and clean work highly recommend it.

Got a new water heater installed this morning. Excellent people. Paul walked me through the various models they have and Irvin came and replaced my rented heater this morning. It was a good price and the peace of mind that they stand behind their work with a labor warranty.
