Red Bear is seeking a self motivated, full time individual with an exceptional ability to communicate effectively with clients. You will be responsible primarily for servicing clients for our Lawn Care Programs, fertilizing lawns, aerations, seeding, weed controls and at times asked to contribute to other aspects of the operation.
At Red Bear Lawns and Landscaping will take pride in our landscapes. The satisfaction of a seeing a client as their landscape come to life is why we do what we do and are passionate about it. Whether it is gardens with landscape rocks and the perfect planting plan, a driveway, patio, stairs, walkway or anything in between, we are certain that we can offer you something that meets your needs and offers the touches that make it unique to your home.
Red Bear Lawns & Landscaping Ltd. has specialized in providing natural lawn care to home owners in the Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph areas since 2004. We offer three programs, and also customize lawn care programs to suit your needs and your lawns requirements. Our goal is to work with our customers and educate them on the proper techniques and practices involved in sustaining a healthy landscape.
Are you looking for a reliable lawn cutting service with professional results? Red Bear's crews are uniformed, and are always available to you for any questions or requests you may have. We pride ourselves in having state of the art equipment so that we can look after your property with outstanding garden management quality and efficiency!
We will set up a demo of what lighting can bring to your home with a temporary transformer and lights (typically 4 to 6). Plan a follow up conversation to discuss your lighting. We will remove the demo lights and coordinate a time to complete your landscape lighting plan. Understand that we are using professional quality landscape lighting products and materials.

Darrell and his team did a phenomenal job landscaping our backyard patio area. We worked with Darrell on a few designs to make our backyard space functional. He was always available to run through any questions or concerns that we had and guided us through the design, stone selection and final details, which made the whole process very enjoyable.
His team was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable and they always made sure the site was cleaned up before leaving for the day.
We are extremely happy with the work and will be using Red Bear for future projects.

We worked with Darrell to come up with a design to upgrade our front entryway, new step and porch with paverstone. Darrell was awesome to deal with and was very knowledgeable. Couldn’t be happier with our backyard overhaul, stone patio and putting green installation. Our experience with Red Bear was extremely positive. We hired Red Bear to install interlocking stone for our patio and walkway. Darrell's quote was very detailed as to what he was supplying so we knew exactly what we were getting.The crew arrived on schedule and on time daily. They were very friendly and courteous. Darrell was always very approachable and would drop by daily to oversee the construction and answer any of our questions.
The end product turned out stunning and we have had many neighbours complement us on the new walkway and patio renovation.
