Services
TNT Property Maintenance provides year-round services for our clients in Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge, including professional landscape maintenance during the summer months and snow clearing and ice melting services during the winter. As a service oriented business, TNT is committed to maintaining our high degree of customer service and satisfaction while providing excellent task completion.
TNT Property Maintenance works with Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP) to organize and run a skills competition for landscape construction each year. Our staff have the opportunity to register as an apprentice, gain work experience, and attend college (the apprenticeship program pays for college and travel expenses while our staff collect EI during their college weeks).
At TNT, we build outdoor spaces. For the Home & Garden Show, we tried to show a few different designs that can be incorporated into your yard. A patio does not need to be done in 2 x 2 brick impression stone - we have the dining table sitting on a Northshore "stone carpet" section. The interlocking Eco Prioria brick surrounds the centre design and the area is completed with a Brussels Block accenting border.
Landscaping is a broad term for a variety of work outdoors. As a full-service landscape company, we offer many different services besides weekly lawn and garden maintenance. From tree removal and trimming, and even storm drain repairs in parking lots, we have you covered. We can fill a hole with asphalt (cold patch), plant a tree or shrub, install small pieces of armour stone in your garden, or rake up and remove your fall leaves!
At TNT, we are committed to providing a great customer experience. We pride ourselves on being educated within the industry and recognized for our quality workmanship. Owner Robert Tester is an ICPI-authorized instructor (teacher) on interlocking pavement systems. Spring 2014 began his teaching career with ICPI.

TNT did an excellent job. We hired TNT to install a French drain, pressure treated fence, and stone patio with an arbour. Then, they had to grade and sod the entire lot. It was a difficult job as they had to fix the mess made by the original contractor we hired. Rob, Brian, and team knew exactly what had to be done and how to do it. Very competent and professional. Rob, Linda, Brian, Missy and their supporting team is absolutely amazing. They serve our business with various snow products in the winter season and couldn't be happier.
