Look for a switch (like a light switch) near your furnace and make sure it is set to "on". Note: If your heat pump is regularly tripping your circuit breaker, contact us immediately as there is a larger problem. When our furnace of years stopped working we called Russ and Andrew of Bow Home Comfort who had installed our new AC unit a few years ago. They came by early the next day and diagnosed the problem, (a circuit board) and got the fan working so we would have heat. Replacing the circuit board would have cost 1/3 of the cost of a new furnace so we chose a Goodman unit and Bow Home Comfort removed the old and installed the new two days later. After receiving several estimates from several well know hvac contractors for a new furnace and a/c following the failure of my 35 year old system I came accross and contacted Bow. They were the most responsive and left me confident in their suggestions of what needed to be done. Their price was very competitive and the work executed punctually and professionally. They are very hard working professionals from start to finish. I used Bow Home Comfort Systems several times since 2016. I am the owner of Bow Home Comfort Systems and want to respond to the review from Stella. We installed her fathers furnace on Sept. 19 2019 and the first call we received was almost 5 months later on Feb. 10 2020 via a voicemail which I still have in text form. The customer said "To keep warm we have to have it on 76". I called back and suggested that the issue could be a dirty air filter and to change it and if that didn't solve the problem call me back and we'll come out and fix it under warranty which Goodman would pay us for. I did mention that for us to come out and change a filter would not

These guys are great! They removed the old humidifier from the furnace duct and installed a new one. They are personable and they know what they are doing and do their work for a fair price. We will be pleased to have them return for future work to the rest of the HVAC system as needed.

Awesome experience! They are a father and son duo, very knowledgeable and professional.
I previously had an issue with my a/c and had a local shop check it out. They weren’t able to figure out what was wrong with it and I had to suffer through the heat waves and expensive hydro bills until I was referred to Bow Home Comfort Systems by a co-worker.
Russ and his son got it up and running in no time and it is working like a charm now!
Will be recommending them to all my family and friends!

I have used Bow Home Comfort many times, once to install a new AC Unit and maintenance of Furnace and AC on other units. I strongly recommend their services as they are punctual and competitively priced. As you know, with majority of manufacturers , for a brand new product, you get a warranty for max 1 year and if you buy a part you get 0-3 months of warranty depending on the situation. If you are looking for a warranty of 1 year or more on a part, then you will have to go on a monthly plan. The people who gave bad review here, should post a copy of their receipt with private information blacked
