Very poor experience. I called them because my inducer vent blower went on my furnace. They told me a service tech would have to come to tell me that is what really failed (I know it’s what had failed it had no fan blades left on the inducer) I agreed sure why not come out and have a look $99 for the service fee. Hey who knows maybe he will have a part or be able to order the part. (It’s online everywhere but will take 7 days to get to me, maybe they can get it faster). Young fella showed up. Went down stairs looked at my furnace and said yup the inducer is gone back (yup pretty easy to tell

I had a Service Tech arrive this morning ( Craig ) during the window time that they told me ( 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. ) and I was highly impressed. Very Professional and Polite. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and it was a very informative and educational experience for me. I'm only speaking for myself here, but I am very happy with the service I received today.

We had a leaking old water heater..Steve came that day to evaluate what our options were. We had matt and Noel come next day to install new water heater. Very professional and knowledgeable people. Extremely happy with how we were treated and how everyone dealt with the situation. Very good workmanship and we highly recommend..thank you for everything!!

Called for an AC install and was talked into a new furnace as well. What made the deal attractive was a rebate of $800 in the form of a visa gift card. Was told the rebate would take about 6 weeks. Called after 8 weeks to get an update was told someone from billing would call me back, didn't happen. Waited a few weeks, called again was told the person that could give me an update was on lunch, took my phone number and e-mail this time in case I couldn't be reached by phone. No response. Waited another week, called back, spoke to Diane again who told be she'd pass the message. When I told her all

New Central A/C installed. Incredibly satisfied with the service. Had a minor concern after installation, they came back immediately, fixed the minor issue and it's been terrific ever since. Definitely want to single out Scott our sales person, really nice guy, and you could tell he wanted what was best for us, cost wise and what would be best for our house. Called Roy Inch and Son's as our shower wasn't working properly. The company which we usually deal with wasn't able to come for 5 or 6 days. I often hear Roy Inch and Son's on the radio talk show, they always sounded like an ethical, honest company, They were able to squeeze us in the same day. AMAZING!!!!! They sent out both Andrew and Ryan. They were incredibly polite, professional and quick. Don't hesitate to reach out to them for your plumbing needs.

I often hear Roy Inch and Son's on the radio talk show, they always sounded like an ethical, honest company, They were able to squeeze us in the same day. AMAZING!!!!! I called Inch after a bad experience with current company (Reliance) was very happy with them in the past. I had heard the owner Peter Inch on radio show and felt like he was a man of integrity so i figured his company was likely good to deal with. Our furnace bit the dust during the first snowfall of the season and we called Roy Inch & Sons. The best call we could have made! Richard came the same day, Saturday, to diagnose the problem and was extremely helpful. He scheduled John to come the next day(Sunday) to give us our options. John was very patient with us and gave us very helpful advice and walked us through our options. There was no pressure sales tactics, just an excellent salesman with exceptional knowledge and helpful suggestions.
