Fantastic company to work with. Service from Chris Ram and Cole Truman was exceptional. Honest and easy to work with. Chris was always on site to make sure his colleagues were set up and knew the scope of work. He would show up after the job to make sure things are done correctly. During the blower door test he was there to make sure the goal was met. Would not hesitate to use Greer again.

Was originally really happy with the services we received but when I called to ask about the technician I was informed he was fired. He was by far the best tech that was on site and I was very disappointed to hear he was let go I was informed where he's working now and will be giving that company all my business going forward as that tech (not the office or anyone else ) made the experience so good and was very knowledgeable.

We recently had our basement renovated by Greer Contracting and I could not say enough wonderful things about Connor and his team . They came as scheduled and had so many incredible design ideas and layout suggestions and created such an amazing space for our family . We were so impressed with their work that we asked them to quote on some other renovations we had held off on . They were so insightful and easy to work with and even managed to stay within our budget. We absolutely love our new living space and can’t wait to work with them again!

Greer insulated my refrigerated van. They do a great and thorough job, even getting inside the frame ribs to prevent thermal bridges (which looks like it was a hassle!), and doing a great trim job afterwards.
It’s an excellent quality, professional job, and they came in under 1/2 of what they quoted me. On top of all that they were flexible and understanding about my need to drop and pick the van outside of business hours, and worked with Cool-it out of Abbotsford to save me having to come back over from Vancouver Island to move the van between the two businesses.

Nothing good about this company...utter incompetance from estimator that had to be called multipe times to actually give quote. To the technician that didn't follow very basic instructions and caused damage that was not repaired then right back to the rude woman named Laura working in the office that failed to attach a proper email address to invoice and then copped a nasty attitude when payment was sent to original sender of email rather than the address not provided....all positive reviews of this company have veen provided by thier own employees...Steer Clear of Greer

Update - after publishing my review yesterday I received a message from "Shellie M" who you can see on the business profile page is affiliated with the business berating me for writing my review of my experience, and blaming me, suggesting that I somehow was to blame for the schedule error (despite providing Terry with a google calendar with appointment slots and inviting him to select a time, which he did, and then subsequently didn't show up, after which he lied and said he didn't know that he had an appointment).

We got a very satisfying result from Greer.
We needed to insulate against a crawlspace whose construction, in my opinion, defied common current wisdom on conditioning. The estimator came to the same conclusion as myself independently, so I'd judge that to be honest. A shadier contractor might have sold a bigger project that tried to condition the space.
The crew came on time, communicated clearly to us what we needed to do and how long we needed to be out. They did the job quickly, they locked up after they were done, and they didn't make a mess either.

Did foam job in the attic for me + plugged kitchen holes with foam against mice
R28 foam insulation for the roof underside using Walltite Eco 2lb. closed-cell foam by BASF. That product properly installed is exceptional when compared with pink insulation or even the Roxul stuff. Especially for the roof as it really is water resistant so it proofs against leaks too.
Price for the work was ok too for this kind of insulation (got quote from another company about for same ammount).
