Multi-Layer Flex pipes built with the highest quality stainless steel bellows materials and are furnished with high carbon steel weld ends. High Temperature Textiles - Fiberglass heat wrap tapes in 1" - 4" widths and welding blankets are custom built to your needs.

Natural Flax (Tallow), Teflon and Graphite shaft packings. Carrying sizes from 1/8" - 1-1/2" in most common packings so there are no lengthy lead times. Clark Services and Insulations Ltd. is a Canadian based company, founded by Steve Clark, in British Columbia, Canada. Steve Clark had been managing an Insulation Blanket product line for another Company for about 5 years when that Company declared bankruptcy.

Industrial Equipment Report

Heavy equipment such as Wheel Loaders, Bull Dozers and others used in the pulp and paper or pellet manufacturing has long been at risk for fire damage caused by flammable materials such as wood chips, bark dust, and hydraulic fluids as it builds up around the exhaust system. Equipment loss is a concern, but so is fire-damage to surrounding property.

Blankets Report

17 oz Silicone Insulation Blankets are the most economical blankets. 17 oz Silicone Rubber has a good chemical resistance against Oils and Hydro Carbons. It is fairly abrasive resistant and has a very good water penetration resistance. The temperature rating of the 17 oz Silicone is 450 F (230 C).

Flex Pipes Report

Flexibility --The use of thin guage material of the multy-ply bellows combined with a greater number of corrugations per unit length increase the flexibility and reduce the deflection forces due to movement. Higher Pressure and Lower Thrust Forces --The multi-ply bellows are readily adaptable to higher pressure requirements.
