I'm Alain Beauregard, a wood floor refinishing specialist serving the Greater Victoria area of British Columbia. I am the owner operator of Woodfellow Flooring. Methods of hardwood flooring installation are available for concrete, radiant heat, or standard plywood and OSB. Installation may be done by less experimented labor and it may turn out alright, but it is more complicated then it may seem at first glance. As professionals, we have the tools, experience and fitness level necessary to realize your project in a timely matter.

Great experience working with Alain. Responsive, stayed true to the schedule, and even came back to buff out a spot (free of charge) that I damaged when moving furniture back in. If I buy another house that needs a wood floor refinishing, I'll be going back to Alain. Great work!

We are so happy with the job Alain did for us! Professional, on time, on cost and lots of little extras that made the experience really positive. The heat vents he manufactured for us are amazing and he is just an all round great guy. We recommended him to our neighbors and they are as happy as we are with his work.

Alain did an awesome job of refinishing our seriously worn oak floors. We love the result! His advice helped us make good choices.
He was flexible, easy to work with and a pleasure to have in our home. We especially like that he was able to sand up close to baseboards and kickboards so that we did not need to remove them.

Can't rave enough about Alain's craftsmanship, he really knows his stuff. He has a good sense of humour and takes the job seriously. Very knowledgeable in any aspect of wood floors. He took our 1950s house and gave the hallway and two bedrooms a fresh look. The only issue is now we see how desperately we need the living room and dining area done.

Alain did a superb job refinishing our 50 year old oak floors. He was able to seamlessly transition into adjoining areas with new wood flooring. The refinishing and staining throughout are exactly what we wanted and the workmanship is excellent. Their attention to detail is exceptional. They custom made very nice floor vents to match.

Alain saved the day today. The night before a home appraisal and buyer family visit we discovered 5 large stains on our wooden floor his team had refinished perfectly a year ago. The marks were from a visiting puppy and urine stains had burned the wood.hidden beneath a temporary rug I put down. I called him in a panic at 8pm and by 9am the next day he finished fixing the stains just as the appraiser left and the family walked in! He was professional kind and refused to charge me for the job. Needless to say we will use Woodfellow on our next home! Alain is a rare gem and master craftsman.

We had a great experience with Woodfellow from the initial assessment of our floors, to the finished product. It was a true revolution. The floors in our house are original and over 110 years old. They had seen multiple dogs, and families heavily traffic the floor. Previous contractors suggested replacement, but Alain preferred to keep the original floors, but put the time and effort into giving them life again.We've very happy with the results and won't hesitate to recommend Woodfellow in the future.

Absolutely outstanding redo of our nasty, scratched and gouged engineered hardwood floors. Where others told us it couldn't be done, Alain made our floors look better than new. The work was done as promised, by a very professional team and the very personable Alain. We are beyond pleased with our floors and the service Alain and his team provided. Alain and his crew did a wonderful job refinishing my very old and damaged floors, I feel like I'm in a new house! His advice about colour and finish was perfect - I would not have chosen what he suggested without his advice but he was right, and they look amazing. They had a tight deadline and lots of heavy furniture to move, and it all took place on time, and I came to home to everything done just as promised. I will continue to recommend Woodfellow to anyone wanting a beautiful and professional wood refinishing job.
