This is the second time we have used Hourigan's. The first time they impressed us and the second time impressed us even more! We removed the old carpet which was 20 years old and replaced it with engineered wood flooring. The new flooring is nothing more than stunning! The installers were not just installers but craftsmen! The attention to detail to make it all look perfect was evident. When the installer is actually a visual artist, he knows how to do it and how to do it right! He took personal pride in his workmanship! He opened all the boxes and inspected all pieces of wood and worked with me

The team at Hourigans Flooring are awesome! From the quote by J.R to the install by Ryan and his team, everything was above my expectations. Ryan and his team stayed on schedule as best they could with the surprises that came from tearing out 30 year old carpet in an old building. The entire team was very polite and respectful of our space; they made for a low stress renovation, which is all I wanted since I was leading the project on my end. The floors look beautiful, we are so pleased! Thank you for doing an incredible job! I would recommend and hire them again in a heartbeat!

Had flooring installed and right from the start Steven kept us informed of what to expect and Liam who installed the flooring was polite and hard working, the product looked great when finished. Liam cleaned up after he finished. Steven was quick to reply to any questions. Would recommend them to anybody.

Extremely pleased with quality of the product and service. Our installer, Andreas, was courteous, polite, professional, a hard worker. He went above a beyond with cleanup and assisting with furniture movement before and after the flooring was laid. The sales rep Paul, did a great job ensuring our new floor laminate matched our existing flooring and was right on with the amount of flooring we required. I would not hesitate to go to Hourigans again for our future needs.

We had Hourigans install the carpet in our newly finished basement. Craig Black worked with us to help select the best carpet and underlay for the area. The installer was very professional and had the basement done in less than a day. We are very happy with the results and will use Hourigans again in the future.

I have used Hourigan's several times. Last year they installed vinyl tile flooring in my small condo as part of a total renovation. Unfortunately the installation (by contractors) was not done well; after removing the original older floor coverings, the floor base should have been cleaned properly which wasn't done. The tiles subsequently lifted in many places.
I contacted Hourigan's with photos of the problem. The owner visited in person to review the issue and agreed it was unsatisfactory. After a long wait due to the COVID lockdown, I am happy to report now that a complete remediation

Hourigans made it easy to review and select wood flooring and tiles. Staff are super nice, and are really attentive to what you say. Genuine people - Amy was absolutely amazing! They were able to give us many samples and their wood flooring selection is especially huge. Very knowledgable and worked with us to understand the look we were going for and it all turned out stunning. The installed finished product was equal to the service and support we had throughout the entire process.

Paul, in sales was very helpful, and customer service is terrific. Installation team was first class. The time and care taken in the preparation was top notch. The duo took their time, no damage to walls and an exceptional job!! Love how they redid the stairs to to a current up to date look.. thank you

This company refused to give me a breakdown of price per foot, underlay etc. For inexpensive acryllic carpet, between 3-4 dollars a sq. foot, they came in at almost triple the competition at 3,000 for 215 square feet of basement space. I emailed the person to ask if she had mistakenly quoted me for granite. My granite counter cost less than this. I had to phone the owner to get the prices. The quotation I received in my email then went down from 3,000 to 1599.00 which is still far above all the others. Even if you pay 65 for a representative to measure, which I did at one company, you are still
