Dave Wright Excavating came to site and their staff almost instantly became part of the team. Their operator went well above and beyond expectations, the equipment was all maintained and Dave answered way more phone calls from his customer way more times than any reasonable person would . Most of the phone calls were me asking for more. AND he brought me to the yard to look at options to fix some really proprietary ME problems. Dave Wright Excavating really delivered and I look forward to working with them again.

I contracted Dave Wright Excavating to deliver, spread and seed about 2/3 of an acre and after a recent heavy rainfall have come to realize that i have a layer of gravel over the entire area where top soil was supposed to be spread. It looks to me as though it was half topsoil and half gravel that was used. Be forewarned that you may not be getting what you paid for.

Called to arrange fill up of my new pool 2 days prior, get a call 20 min before they are due to arrive asking about overhead trees. No prob a 26 foot moving truck made it in no problem.
Then they ask is your driveway paved or dirt, paved i said, well we cant come in due to possible damage to your drivway and our hoses wont reach from the road. I said really? She said "really"
You couldnt have told me that 2 days ago?
Dont recomend this company to anyone.

We were told after the fact that the minimum 4 hours could not include traveling time. A one hour job would be billed as 5 hours at rates well above industry norms for this area. Invoices do not show tax component and even though the operators were polite, lack of transparency, very high rates and improper invoices should discourage anyone from using this company.
