We got our new MT100 here this past week. Even though the wait was endless, took about 6 months to receive the machine, however, once it's arrive in Ottawa the process was smooth and quick. Pier was our sale rep, he is very helpful and friendly, gave a us a very detail orientation over everything we need to know with our new equipment. Very happy with our purchase!!

Purchased a 2021 e85 Excavator and Flail Mower attachment for my farm start up through Marc back in May. I purchased two units this spring. A T-62 tracked skid steer and a E-26 Mini Ex. Absolutely crooks. Was given a total bill to fix my machine and gave the go ahead. 1 week later was called to pick up my machine and was given a bill with 12 extra hours of labour saying they need to adjust and fix some other parts but never gave them the ok on that. Spoke in person with service coordinator who said she was shocked at bill as well but it all gets approved by owner. Spoke with tech who worked on the machine who told us that she in fact did not work on this machine for 12 hours. Then spoke with owner over the phone who said techs punch in and out for the time they work on a machine

My list goes on and on. Nothing but problems. No one to back up their product. Don't buy a new machine there, you'll regret it. Cost me thousands of dollars of down time and lies from this company. I want out of these machines and I'm doing everything I can. People should hear first hand. They start off strong but let down in the end. Don't fall for it. Bobcat cooperate says they get back to you in 5days lies. Called third time bobcat cooperate still no call almost 2 weeks later after 3 weeks of no calls backs prior

Just purchased my first compact tractor. Dealt with Max (salesman) he was great made the experience very enjoyable. He explained everything properly and in detail, really enjoyed my whole experience. Hopefully after sales service is just as good :) Now the wait begins !
