High Point installed my central air unit. The estimator came in a few days and the unit was installed in a few weeks. They were courteous, never late, picked up their garbage, and communication was excellent.

I contacted High Point in October for furnace service. Then I followed up a couple of weeks later since I hadn't heard from them. They let me know it was a busy time of year and I was on their list. Well, now it's January and I still hadn't heard from them so I contacted them once again. They agreed to come the following day between 8 and 10… am. I stayed home from work until 10 am. Still no call from High Point. When I phoned them, I was told that they were running late and it could be another hour before the technician would be here. I told them not to bother coming. Customer service at High Point is poor and the quality of work is extremely poor. We were billed for a furnace service and had to hire another company to come in and redo it cause they didn't even clean the furnace. Jackson Heating on the other hand did extremely great work and were way better priced.

We have been having trouble with our A/C ever since it was installed new, 3 years ago. After one visit from High Point Plumbing, the problem was diagnosed. While there, they also identified other major potential problem areas. They were able to get us in quickly to replace our 12 year hot water tank and furnace; resulting in peace of mind and a working A/C. Yay! Everyone we dealt with were knowledgable, friendly and made us feel like they had our best interest at heart.
