Recently had a furnace upgrade & AC installed. Great quote with options, were able to come 2 weeks or so earlier. Showed up on time when they said they would, worked hard all day, cleaned up after themselves & left us with excellent new Lennox equipment which was fully explained to us, all questions answered. Big thanks to Bruce & his sons Jordan & Ryan, & to their office mgr. All great people.They were highly recommended to us from friends & we're sending out the same.

My Furnace wasn’t kicking in the night before and my wonderful neighbor came over and said I need a certain part. I called Jackson’s, because they are the ones that installed the furnace. I spoke with a man on the phone that asked me for a code for the unit. He waited on the phone while I looked. I told him I couldn’t see it and he said “ I’m going to Kimberley anyway, so I’ll drop by.” He came into my house and down to the crawl space and returned a minute later. As soon as he shut the door he said “ clearly you didn’t look, the number was right there in the door, you just wasted

I purchased a new high efficiency furnace. It didn't work for 2 days. They had to come back and finish the job right. Had my furnace serviced recently and again it didn't work for days. Family spent days in the cold (march). When contacted them I perceived my 'problem' was an inconvenience for them. When I asked for details about the accounting on my bill, I feel like there was a significant disparity in the allocation of hours...
