The service was impeccable: everything from the order to installation was top-notch. The customer service was very helpful in helping to choose the style of the door. The prices are very reasonable. The technicians for the installation are very clean during the installation process, accurate and make sure that they double check all the details prior installing. The installed door and the window panel that I had look great as they totally changed how my place looks now. I absolutely advise these guys to everyone, they are AWESOME!

Great work done, by very professional people. I called Newcastle Aluminum for some new vinyl windows, as mine were starting to get in pretty rough shape. The service i received was nothing less than amazing. From the start they were very helpful in finding the perfect window for me, and made getting the job done very smooth and easy.

They came out to our business last week and fixed the front door since it wasn't closing properly. We called different companies before calling New castle to no avail. When we called Newcastle they simply set an appointment, came out to our location, fixed the problem quickly and that was that. We were also impressed with the technician's courteous manner as well.
