WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT TRUST THEM. THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM.
Spent $14K to have a glass stairwell done. Long story short, the whole project was a disaster, they never completed the work, stopped showing up and never returned our $8,000 deposit. On top of all that, when we got the glass panel fixed, it turned out to be barely hanging on and was ready to fall any moment.

According to the contract, the work on the staircase itself had to be done on week of Nov 9, 2020 and glass rails should be measured then. The subcontractor they hired brought the wrong materials and then tried to

I wish there was an option to give them not even one star as they are not even worth that. Horrible service and extremely rude and unprofessional. With that kind of an attitude, I’m surprised they are even in business. Take your business somewhere else.

I definitely DO NOT recommend you to deal and business with Perfect Glass & Mirror, because it's really imperfect with rude and unprofessional stuff that ruins your day and waste your time tremendously. I dealt with this business twice in my life once before covid and once after, the customer service that I experienced with them was extremly awful and will never ever again deal with them. ⚠️

Went by to get a quote for a few glass shelves. Only one gentleman working there at the time. He refused to write down the quote on a piece of paper for us. It was so strange. We went to another glass supplier and realized his quote was almost double compared to the other shop. Probably why he did not want to write it down. Don't normally write reviews, but was looking for glass once again to do a partition wall. This place popped up and I remembered my experience. I see the new couple positive reviews and I am a bit skeptical. By how hostile he was, you would think that selling glass isn't this

I needed 4 mirrors for a reno I was doing and I had sent out emails to several glass and mirror companies asking for a quote. Some were well over priced and others lack the proper business communication to see my project through, but then I met Robert Spektor at Perfect Glass & Mirror. Not only were they fairly priced but they delivered my mirrors on time and without any problems. We wen't there to pick up our order glass mirror awhile ago because they give me schedule for pick up but unfortunately the glass still not finished. The worst part when we said that we hired some car for pick up because the glass is big and its not fit to our car and the guy in the counter said we should give a call? Is that our fault?? Why they don't give us a call insted of us? Because they schedule me now for pickup right?? And the guys said ok i gived you your 100$deposite and we will resale it to other. That's very rude!!! Very very VERY. RUDE!!!!!!😠
