Adams Air Systems was quick and honest in their response. Our old furnace needed replacing and Adam and his team were quick to arrange a replacement. The crew showed up right on time was quick and efficient in their install and left the area perfectly clean.
This company was recommended to me from some friends and we will do the same to our friends.

If I could rate Adam's Air 10 stars instead of 5, I would! I had a loud noise (similar to a whistling tea kettle) coming from my furnace and I had Reliance technician come over to fix it. He couldn't find the problem so he said either put up with the loud noise or buy a new furnace. Reliance then gave me an outrageously high quote of a $5500 for a new furnace. So I reached out to Adams Air to get another quote. Shelley asked me how old my furnace was and since it was only 9 years old she warned me it was likely Reliance is trying to sell me a furnace I don't need. So I had an Adams air technician

Adam's are the best. I had my AC replaced in 2020 and just had my furnace replaced today. They get a service tech out for assessment very quickly and are back to do the installation just as quick.
The guys are polite and friendly, especially Mark. I will always use Adam's as long as I'm living in Hamilton.

I used this company 10 months ago to install a brand new water heater at my house. The installation was problem free. However, only 10 months later the tank has some serious corrosion issues. I have called and left messages and also texts with photos of the problem and was simply ignored with no response whatsoever. I've found another company to come and fix the issue. I guess this place just doesn't stand by their work or care about their customers.

Accessible and friendly to book. Had my AC go out on a weekend. Confirmed with them on the Sunday and the technician arrived first thing Monday morning. He was super helpful and quick. Confirmed, repaired and was on his way in 30 minutes and my Ac is colder then ever. Gave some useful tips and did not try to push any type of sales. Will use again for sure.

Adams came highly recommended to me when I purchased a home without AC. Shelley was quick to respond to all my emails and numerous questions. I did a full install of furnace, AC and tankless water heater. I received a quote from another company and Adams was larger units at lesser cost. Adam came out to the property on a Sunday to do measurements so the Installation could be done as soon as I closed. His team showed up promptly on installation day, they left my basement cleaner than I had it. Adam explained all the new products to me and ensured when he left I knew exactly how to operate everything

Honest, on time and great prices. What more can you ask for. I moved into my house and gutted it for a major renovation and had Adam and his team come in for a new furnace, A/C, tankless and relocating ductwork and they were great and extremely easy to deal with. Adam also put me in contact with some of his people to help with some of the trades I was having a hard time hiring to get my project done. As a retired Construction Supervisor and Project Manager from Alberta, I have not been impressed by the quality of Trades in the Hamilton area.
This was not the case with Adam and his crew. They were on time, polite and worked hard without a break. They put down sheets over our basement carpet to protect it, and the finished installation was done in a way that showed professionalism and pride of workmanship.
It was a pleasure to deal with them, and I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.
