Amazing customer service. We called Fix My HVAC looking for someone to come out right away. They said they were fully booked for about a week in advance, but even though they couldn't come out themselves they talked us through the issue we were having over the phone and gave us an idea of what we were expecting, plus referred us to another company that could come out right away. These guys are great
