Arrowsmith mechanical is an HVAC company that specialize in efficiency, this is the first scope of my work. These guys are amazing. We were quoted $3400 and $4000 by 2 separate HVAC "experts" to replace a faulty AC unit. Arrowsmith came over and within 10 minutes had determined that the issue wasn't a faulty AC unit, but that hot water from our tank was running into a cold water pipe.
Once this was rectified the AC works flawlessly again. They also repaired a bad capacitor and got our main blower fan working again. We went from a $4000 repair (that wouldn't have fixed the issue anyway!) to a few hundred bucks in parts and labour. These guys are life savers! My name is Silvio Spano, after many years of seeing more improperly than properly HVAC system installations and set ups, i decided to open Arrowsmith mechanical. In many occasions factors like space, location and budget too are factors that influence the HVAC sistem setup and installation but that doen't mean that the final job will end up not working at it's best and been a pain to service for me or a future technician.
I provide installation and service for hydronic systems like infloor heating, snow melts, radiators, boilers, fan coils and basedoard heaters, hydronic cooling, air handlers and all the components that this kind of set ups requires. Geothermal units or air to water heat pump, hydronic cooling, air handlers, pool heaters furnaces and air conditioning set ups ducted and ductless units.
Because an air conditioning unit involves refrigerant, it is important to have it installed by a professional that is licensed and that you can trust. A boiler system is similar in concept to a furnace, however they differ in that a boiler heats the home using water and distributes the heated water throughout the space via a network of pipes.

We had a great experience with Silvio - he installed a new furnace and AC for us last winter. He was super helpful and friendly, always arrived on time with great communication, and worked proficiently. He followed up with a visit in the spring to make sure everything was running smoothly.
