I call for the furance maintenance service. The technician had the job done under 20 minutes. I didn't watch him doing the job which I should have. I was suspicious about it so I did research online. The job should take 1-2 hours with inspect, clean the blower and etc... So I checked furance, at least I know the the blower was not clean still have dust on it but the outside was clean.

Friendly technician who arrive on time and gave me a lot of information about the AC system. As I already knew about the leaking diagnostic I was hoping that he would be able to repair it. But he was not able to solve the leaking plastic water pipe and I had to pay 248 Dollars for just visiting my old AC system. I do not recommend to call any HVAC service if you have an old AC system.
