Air conditioners may look similar, but their Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating (SEER) can vary widely. Higher SEER numbers save more money spent on electricity. Even though 13 SEER is the minimum efficiency available, we currently offer a line of air conditioners that start at 13 SEER and go all the way up to a 21 SEER.
Duct free heating and cooling systems make your home's individual rooms or other small spaces more comfortable. Remember, just like whole-home systems, the higher the SEER and HSPF ratings, the more efficient they will be. We offer a variety of through-the-wall packaged terminal air conditioners (PTAC) and duct free heating and cooling systems to meet any individual room's needs.

Wonderful experience with knowledgeable and pleasant technician on annual furnace tune up. She explained what was being checked and serviced before starting the work. Nice email reminder from the company the day before as well as text notification when the tech was on the way. I will be booking my AC check in the spring with them for sure!

New service appointment...new review. I have deleted my review from over a year ago as I received service from North49 again today.
These guys are awesome. Nathan and Christine were great responding to my weekend emergency of AC not working in our 30plus C heat spell. Worried about the scorching temps ahead. I called on Sunday and got a prompt response Monday morning. the tech arrived a bit early and replaced the problem part, tested other components and prepared my bill all within an hour. Thanks Mike, Nathan and Christine. Dc

I would like to thank North 49 (Heating & Air conditioning) service department and technicians for the installation of my new Furnace; Hot Water Tank; Central Air Conditioning and Humidifier on 27 Oct 2020.
The Service Dept was respectful, courteous and the technicians came-in as scheduled. Once the work was completed; he gave me a rundown of the work completed and information on how to set them up. The technician came back the next day to do a minor adjustment and the Service Dept sent me an email as a follow up to see if I was satisfied with the service.
