CLIENT BEWARE. I have a leak in a bidet tap. A delightful young technician arrives on schedule and, very professionally, assesses the situation and advises that I need to replace the faucets (with cassettes) and the hoses as they are either seized or corroded.The quote is for 'about $1700'. This company will not give a breakdown of costs (parts, labour etc) as that is not their business model. The quote seems exorbitant and I am advised to consider purchasing the parts myself which they will install for a fraction of the quoted cost. I am able to purchase the cassette ($59.95) from a plumbing supply

Excellent customer service! Technician Brian spent the time to troubleshoot and identify the source of the leak. Repairs were done quickly and neatly. He wore shoe covers and was double-masked. Overall an excellent experience with a plumbing company!

Great experience from this company starting with the reception (very courteous and communicative) and the actual work performed. David D. was the plumber and he did a great job to provide multiple options on the type of work required and related costs.

Let me say the work done was totally fine and their plumber worked very hard to solve a stubborn clog in my kitchen sink drain. He worked for several hours to do the work and eventually solved the problem.
HOWEVER: Invoices are not itemized, there is no way to see how the invoice is broken down by parts, labour etc. and I feel I was taken for a ride as far as pricing was concerned.
I was told an estimate would be sent to me before work began but I did not get it. My spouse was very busy working at home while the plumber was there and was distracted.

We called Priority Plumbing because we had a leak from the outside valve that needed to be taken care of before winter. Unfortunately, they were short handed on the day we had scheduled an appointment and they had to reschedule us. They communicated the entire time and waved their initial fee as compensation which my husband and I really appreciated. My basement flooded about a week ago and I called Priority Plumbing for the first time. They sent Kyle over the same day to investigate the problem. He was polite, professional, and very good at communicating what the problem was. He clearly explained the reasons why I had a drain problem and set out the steps to rectify it. He patiently answered all my questions and helped me understand how the plumbing in my house works. The team that did the repairs and install new clean outs worked quickly and were also a polite and professional
