After a 9 day nightmare with a different contractor, I was rescued by Bernie! He came out and replaced my Navian water system and restored heat into my home after being left out in the cold (-50) for 9 days! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and within 2 days of our first conversation, my problem was solved! He came into my home and took over the mess that was left from the previous contractor and I am so thankful! He should have been my first call and I highly recommend him and this company! Will definitely be passing along his contact to family and friends who are in need of repairs!!

A company tech visited our home for furnace blowing cold air inspection. We paid $150 for this visit, the tech said that all furnace components needs to replace since 15 year old costing us $3K he also recommended new furnace price of $6.5K.
We call NightandDay company and the tech resolved our issues over the phone for not even a penny, we did offered, but they declined charging without site visit.
We highly recommend this ethical, professional, honest and reliable company.

I call for after hours service on a weekend, the man on the phone was polite and very helpful. I knew that my old furnace required a new motor, and he assured me that they carried a selection of them on the truck. The tech that came out was polite, but quickly told me I needed a new furnace for $4,500, and the motor alone would be $1000, and likely a special order because of the age, so it wasn't worth fixing. I questioned the price of the motor because that seemed very high compared to other motors I have changed in the past. I asked him to just get the motor running for now and I would not turn

Used Night n Day to come fix some issues with our furnace prior to giving up possession on our previous home - the service was outstanding. The tech explained and showed me everything he was doing in easy to understand terms and was honest and up-front about time required and cost for the job. Our experience with Night n Day Home Services was positive from start to finish. My call was answered promptly by a very friendly lady (I didn't catch her name). She dispatched a service manager, Kris, who arrived within the promised time frame (very quick!). Furthermore, Kris was able to determine the cause of our furnace problem, provide us with viable solutions, and followed through until the furnace was repaired. We called for service late night on a Saturday. The technician, Bernie, arrived quickly and was polite and professional the entire time. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and stayed around long enough to give me peace of mind that it wouldn't fail again after he left. I also appreciated that he took the time with the details like labeling the filter tray with the correct dimensions after realizing the previous tenant had installed the wrong filter. Thank you for a positive experience on what would have been an otherwise chilly December night.

Great service, great people. I noticed house was getting very cold, then realized that my furnace had stopped working. It was just a few days until Christmas and my heart began to sink, anticipating a big bill for a new furnace. After being told by another company that I would have to wait four days for a service call, I gave Night ‘n Day a call. The gentleman that answered the phone was pleasant, concerned and helpful. We needed our old furnace replaced and called Bernie. He came out the next day and advise us on what would work for us. Installation didn't take long and looked well done. They cleaned up after they finished and other than a new furnace you couldn't notice they were even here. We're happy with their service and highly recommend them.

I bought the special on Group On and what a pleasant deal it turned out to be. The Tech came out and inspected my furnace and gave recommendations. He vacuumed it and cleaned up when he was done. I now have a furnace company that will be my first call if and when I need it. I highly recommend them as they are very professional and easy to talk to.
