We just received the blower test results and the house came thru as a STEP 4 - we have been designing them as Step 2's and hoping they will reach into Step 3. So to attain Step 4 is fantastic and could only be achieved by our team with the help of all of our trades but especially from our insulators.

Well, that all went smoothly. One short friendly meeting to set up what we wanted. About a month later, they came in blew in our new insulation in 1.5 hours. Affordable price and they provided all the information needed to apply for Fortis rebate and about get about 1/3 of the price back. That was a smart home reno/upgrade decision.

Turned to Okanagan Insulation Services to blow in some new attic insulation in our old but new-to-us home in Kelowna. They were quick, efficient, and fairly priced. Very professional from beginning to end and gave me everything I needed to apply for a Fortis rebate on the other side of it. Would gladly recommend this outfit to anyone... great experience!

I recently had Okanagan Insulation in my home to re-insulate two attics. From Ron who came and set me up with what I needed to maximize the insulation in both my home attic and garage attic to the two prompt and professional insulation installers and to Jason finalizing and helping me with my Fortis rebate it proved to be an easy, stress-free experience. We decided to upgrade our attic insulation because of the extra rebates from Fortis that made it more affordable. We contacted OIS for estimate. Ron came to the house and answered all my questions. Ron advised us of an approximate date for the install. We went ahead with the quote. It took a bit of time more than expected to confirm the installation date, but on the day of the install, we found the work done efficiently. The guys were in an out in about an hour. We wanted to upgrade our attic and crawl space insulation. After reading a number of company reviews on Google for various companies we decided to go with Okanagan Insulation Services. We are so glad we did. From our the estimator to the crews, everyone provided great customer service - prompt, friendly, professional, clean. Did the work quickly too. Also, they sent excellent instructions on how to apply for our rebates. A fantastic experience and we will hire these folks for any future work we may have. Wow I wish these guys were out in the Kootenay's. We used them while building in the Okanagan under Little Apple Homes. Recently the local insulator I used was supposed to blow in R80 in the attic and gave me bout R64. Now it's court and bad review time. OIS consistently gave us better prices with higher insulation values. They are the best in the Okanagan in my view

Great job all the way around. Roman came out to our home to do the inspection, took lots of pictures and took his time to outline deficiencies and how they could improve to gain the R-50 value. Two gentlemen arrived on March 30th and were in and out in just over an hour to complete the insulation efficiently. I contacted Jason at Okanagan Insulation who emailed me my rebate forms the same day. I highly recommend these people for your home insulation needs.

So which of these two homes got an insulation top-up last summer from Okanagan Insulation?(see picture) You guessed it, that one that still has snow on the roof. Heat stays in the home and not lost to the attic.
I had a great experience. In a matter of less than an hour my insulation was finished and they provided me with the Fortis Rebate docs already filled out. A noticeable difference right away. Long-term savings I can not say yet but there was a comfort change right from day one.
