I had a problem with my Sentry safe where it required both a key and a combination. We lost the key. It was urgent for s to get into the safe. I have had really bad experiences with locksmiths. Edmonton Lock and Safe were excellent to deal with. They solved our problem right away - at a really reasonable price - and they were pleasant and professional to deal with. They come with my highest recommendation. I would not hesitate to refer them.

I called Edmonton Lock and Safe to come out to my home to fix some issues I had with my door locks. They sent James out to my home. He was very polite and professional, it was an absolute pleasure working with him. He even gave me some great tips for securing my doors. The pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend this local family run company if you need locks fixed!

We have been calling on this company to help us with advice, repairs, and new installations of door knobs and locks, including high security Medeco locks, for almost 30 years now. They are professional but also friendly, helpful and patient. It's nice that some things don't change!

This is the ONLY place I call when I need my locks fixed/changed. They have great service and I can't say enough good things about them, including how they treated me over the phone and how fast they were able to do the work. No issues whatsoever. As well, Ryan is awesome, he is super nice, did the job we needed done and we have had no problems with our locks. If you need anything done lock related, this is the company you need to call. I would give them 10 stars if that was possible!!

I am very fortunate to have called this company when I had an issue with the lock of my door. The person who came was experienced and very quickly identified that the lock just needed some lubrication. The lock was fixed and he very kindly refused to take any money even though he has made a trip out and I was just offering some money for coffee. I will go back to this company anytime.

So I need a copy of my car key cut.
I went on google and decided to try this company.
I called and asked if they could cut a copy of my car key.
A male answered and I asked my question.
He hung up on me.
Pretty good customer service eh.
Not even the courtesy to simply explain to me that this is not a service they provide.
Needless to say I'll never call this company for anything again!!!

My lock broke and I couldn't get into my house. I called Edmonton Lock & Safe and they arrived less than 40 minutes! Troy was very friendly, professional, and efficient. He changed my lock, upgraded it to a residential lock, and set it so I could keep my key. As my initial locks on the door were not properly installed, he fixed that too! My door and locks are now functioning better than before!
The service was phenomenal and the price was very competitive (significantly less than Lock Surgeon). I would definitely recommend this gem of a local company!

You want to be careful when looking for a locksmith. There can be some sketchy business in the locksmith industry. After looking at a number of businesses on Google, I decided to go with Edmonton Lock and Safe because I could see their store front picture on Streetview, they had good reviews, and their website seemed trustworthy (they've been in business for 43 years).
I'm glad I chose them. They were able to come out to fix our door set same day, and Ryan, our service tech was extremely professional, kind, and trustworthy. He had everything fixed up in about 1/2 an hour and even rekeyed

This was the finest example of a craftsman locksmith I have experienced. I was greeted by each employee as I entered and wound up getting helped by the boss. He took a look at the key I gave him to set three new locks and said the key was wrong. He explained to me why and cut me a new key based on what he though it should be and wanted me to try it on my other locks before he keyed the new locks alike. I did. It worked better than all the keys I had previously had made. When I returned to pick up the new locksets he explained to me how to adjust them if I had trouble fitting them and told me to

I have been using Edmonton Lock and Safe for many years and have always been very pleased with the service here. I have some places that I rent out so I am re-keying, cutting keys, and changing locks more than the average person. I have always walked in to the store to do my business so I can't comment on their house-call service.
They have a great variety of standard and high security locks in the store and they also sell safes. If you need the services of a locksmith then I would highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with Edmonton Lock & Safe. I called them at the end of the business day on a non emergent matter and they were at my house the next morning. The installer was fast, professional and reasonably priced. They can also supply locks that far exceed the quality, but not the price, of locks that one can purchase at their local hardware store.

We had the locks on our new houses re-keyed by Edmonton Lock and Safe just this week. They were fast and efficient, and worked with our schedule. We had to move the time around due to our fluctuating availability, but they worked with us very easily. The work was done in twenty minutes flat and the locks are as smooth as butter.
